It’s easy to enroll and doesn’t cost any extra to pay online. All you need is an email address and your last four digits of your gate access code.
Go to www.holditstorage.com and click the “Make Payment” door around the center of the screen
- If we do not have your email in your file go to the bottom of the page where it says “If you do not have your email address on file and you would like to set up an on-line account click here”
o Enter all of your information including email address
§ You will now see a screen that states that you have successfully submitted your information and please allow up to 24 hours for an email stating we have verified your account and that the account is now active online.
§ You will receive an email stating your account is ready to be accessed.
- If we already have your email address on file or when you receive the email confirmation stating that your email address has been added to your account you can now log in.
- Go to www.holditstorage.com and click the “Make a Payment” door around the center of the screen
- Enter your email address in the top box and your pass code is the last four digits of your gate access code and click “Log In”
- You will see a Welcome Screen with your unit(s) listed
o Click “Next”
- Enter in all BOLD fields to set up your payment and be sure to hit “Submit”
- You will now see a page that thanks you for your payment and gives you a Confirmation Number
o Print this document for your records or be sure to copy down the confirmation number if you needed for reference.
We will process your payment within the next 1-36 hours and send you an email confirmation that your payment was accepted.
