We conduct Six to Twelve Auction per year of which All are Open to the Public. 

A form of Picture Identification is necessary to to register for bidding on the units. 

A Lock used for securing your unit and $50 security deposit is required for each unit purchased, which will be returned once all the contents are removed.

The auction is for the entire contents of each unit. Units will not be divided or sold by individual items.  The unit must be emptied before security deposit is refunded.

1.       On your bid sheet write your bidder number, your bid amount and unit letters and number you are bidding on.

2.                  Highest bidder wins the unit.

3.                  Unit will be re-locked until after sale and amount is paid.

4.                  After sale highest bidders goes to office:

a.      Pay the amount of your bid

b.      Pay $50.00 Cash per unit security deposit

c.      Take paid receipts outside and staff will unlock the unit(s)

d.      It is your responsibility to re-secure unit(s)

It is your responsibility to remove everything from the unit and property.

You have until th, 2020 10:00 am. Monday. If not completed we keep security deposit. 

Security deposit will be returned on the Monday following the auction after 10:00 a.m.

Please remember if you find any personal items, such as family photos, birth certificates, etc. Please place them in a box or bag marked with the unit number. Drop them off at the office.
